The COVID-19 has fundamentally changed how we operate in the new normal to maintain hygienic standards and provide safety and security while respecting privacy of our guests. We have developed and implemented a safety protocols focusing on 20 key areas of service excellence across the island which complements existing service standards. The enhanced cleaning and disinfection procedures pays attention to details of health & safety measures with continuous training to our dedicated team. In case if a guest has to be quarantined/isolated, a specific arrangements will be made.
- Continuous training
Associates are trained on HACCP standards and comprehensive health & safety and hygiene standards. Team members’ temperatures and visible symptoms checked daily before attending duty.

- Arrival transfer
We arrange transfers on guest arrival flight time. All our transfer boats are equipped with hand sanitizers and crew on-board wears required PPEs. Hand sanitizer and face mask will be provided to guests prior to boarding and advice to follow physical distancing on-board. All boats are disinfected after every transfer.
- Luggage handling and sanitizing
On arrival, luggage will be identified, tagged in the airport. Upon arrival to the resort luggage will be sanitized before delivering to room.
- Temperature check
We administer temperature check of guests upon arrival, at departure and prior to joining activities and events such as excursions and diving.
Guests will be asked to provide information required for check-in prior to arrival. Check-in will take place in a designated area where physical distancing in place. Cash-less payments are encouraged.
- Physical distance
Physical distancing measures are practiced throughout the resort.
- Sanitizing stations
Hand sanitizing stations are installed in all the public areas, Reception, Restaurants and Bars.
- Ventilation/Air circulation
All our restaurants (except one), and lobbies are open to outdoors. Transfer vessels are ventilated. Room air-conditioning filters are cleaned and disinfected prior to check-in for improved air quality.
All rooms and villas are cleaned and sanitized to the highest standards on daily basis.
- Bar & Restaurants
Hand sanitizers are installed at the entrance. Seating arrangements are made by complying with physical distancing.
- Food & Beverage safety
We follow HACCP standards and safety protocol when quenching your thirst.
- Private dining
Private dining on the beach and in room at convenience is provided with added hygiene standards.
- Cleaning and disinfecting
Commonly touched items and surfaces are frequently cleaned and sanitized.
- Use of Protective Equipment
All our service associates wear appropriate PPE at all times.
- Diving, Excursions, Water sports and other activities
Private events can be organised with required safety measures in place. Group events are organised with required safety measures and following physical distancing to minimize contact with others. All equipment and accessories are disinfected according to the manufactures instructions and internally accepted standards.
- Life jackets
Cleaned and disinfected life jackets are provided free of charge.
- Fitness Centre and Pool area
Physical distance, enhanced cleaning schedules are implemented for added hygienic standards. Advance booking is required to use the Fitness Centre.
- Medical Clinic service
Well-equipped and certified medical team is available on the resort in case of medical emergencies.
- Check-out / Departure
Departure advice will be shared one day before the departure date. Cash-less payment is encouraged at check-out. Hand sanitizer and face mask will be provided prior to boarding departure transfer and advice to follow physical distancing on-board. All boats are disinfected after every transfer.
